"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). "We had a very restful night. At first the elevator didn’t work and our toilet wouldn’t flush, but we were moved to a different room and the elevator was fixed within the hour. After those issues were resolved, we had a pleasant visit. I would stay here again."

But things ran smoothly, maid service each day (which is nice), front desk check-in/out with Karin was speedy, breakfast was good-plenty of options even though it was packed with families. Walking distance to shops & restaurants-good location & safe! Easy to get to places around L’ville with no hassle of downtown hotels/parking/noise."
