"We stayed here with two other families. In total there were 10 kids between the ages of 0 and 7. There was lots of space for all of us and the large common areas were perfect. We also appreciated the ski in ski out with small children. We’d definitely stay again!"

From the view of the mountains and lake to the deer walking past us while lounging in the hot tub,we just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. 40 minutes to Fernie and 50 to Kimberly. Perfect spot for a ski vacation. Must be so beautiful in the summer as well."

"The Stemwinder Shalet is a beautiful home and was very well stocked. We were a group of four families, whom all had kids between 6 and 8 years and there was tons of room for all of us. Tod was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location is close to the ski resort but wasn’t quite ski-in/ski-out. It took about 5-10 min to walk up to the lift. When the path is snowed in enough, you can just about ski pole your way to the backyard. For most, it was just easier to drive the 1-2...

"4 adults and a baby stayed in this property. It was great having the downstairs for the young family while the grandparents could sleep on the main floor. Thankfully there was even a booster seat for the 1 year old as we forgot a high chair. So many things were available to us that made our stay feel like home. Would reserve this property again in a heart beat if needed to be in the area again"
