Welcome to fresh, clean, high country living at the Walnut Hills Lodge. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo is located in the heart of Flagstaff, in the highly sought after area of the Continental Country Club. Cute and cozy describes best this four season’s getaway. Inside the main living area, or outside on the deck, take in the panoramic views and the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood. Centrally located to hiking, biking and all outdoor activities.

***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***

*Pets considered. Pet fee required.

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*Firewood is not provided*
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
-Pet Policy Rules: "all four on the floor", pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches

Cozy Place to Stay
Great place to spend a weekend with our NAU student. Very quiet neighborhood, lot of bright stars from the porch and very clean when we arrived. We also had everything we needed in the kitchen for a couple home cooked meals and a warm gas fireplace for when the rain and lightning came through. Took a couple walks around the neighborhood as well, great park across the street. Probably my first choice for our next trip to Flagstaff.

Weekend in Flagstaff
We had a nice weekend break from the Phoenix heat. Property was very clean and we had everything we needed. A quiet retreat with easy access to the Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute - But NO AC during the Summer
Property was clean and welcoming. It could use some inexpensive, but much needed updates however. IMO, listing was inaccurate. It should SPECIFICALLY state NO A/C, especially for summer rentals. We went up North to escape the heat of the Valley - boy were we surprised! The home inside was 91° when we checked in. Even with multiple floor fans and all ceiling fans running 24/7, the home still got to 87 degrees inside during the day! It took several hours after the sun had gone down to actually cool off the home with all doors and windows open over night (there is a front security door that locks). One latch on a large window was broken as well so that window could NOT be opened to help ventilate and cool the home even more. We made the best of the situation. No AC was definitely "the pit" to the weekend away.
