« We enjoyed the house, it was clean, well stocked and convenient. My only concern was the back yard had not been cut and my dogs didn’t like going out there. »

The home had an extremely well stocked large kitchen. Large open living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. We also enjoyed the large screened back porch that had a ceiling fan and smart TV. We had access to 4 great bikes which we enjoyed riding around the island. « Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always cold (it had a “chiller” element). It was a perfect beach house, equipped with everything we needed. Can’t wait to see the finished outdoor area (under construction) next year when we return. Thanks Ashley for allowing us to stay and play at our favorite place! »

« We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years as a family. Each house we stay in has its own unique style and comfort. Ebb Tide was beautiful! Thoughtfully decorated! The deck, open floor plan, and central location made this house perfect for our group of 7. I got married while I was there and we had the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the dunes. We celebrated and danced the night away on the upper deck. This house was perfect for our small group. We will be back! »

« Great place. Small old window A/C unit, worked ok but slow to cool. Garage access would have been good, parking outside under tree, bird poop and tree mess all over car, had to wash it after we left, »

« The shower was the best!!! Hot tub was wonderful and clean. The hosts were so kind and welcoming without even being there! My family enjoyed our mini vacation for sure. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of - all the furniture was comfortable too . It felt like home »

« Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher ! »

« The house looks as pictured. The host was very responsive. I gave the house many 3’s for a few reasons. The bathroom floor needs some updating. It does not look clean. We had sand all over our feet, yet we never went to the beach or anywhere that had sand. »
