You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception to the storage space on the first floor. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Inside, a soft sofa faces a widescreen TV and upright piano, creating a welcoming space for music or movie nights. A stacked washer and dryer make cleanup simple, while fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed.  
  
Kitchen & Dining  
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from cooking basics to a coffee maker and toaster. Gather around the dining table for six to share dinner and conversation before stepping out for an evening stroll along the beach.  
  
Sleeping Arrangements  
Up to eight guests can rest comfortably across three bright bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and attached bath with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the top floor offers a queen bed and two single beds with ocean views. Each room is fitted with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, room-darkening shades, and ample storage.  
  
Bathrooms  
Two bathrooms, both located on the middle floor, provide convenience for your group. The primary en suite features a walk-in shower, while the second offers a combination tub and shower. Bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, are provided.  
  
Outdoor Living  
Spend your afternoons lounging by the community pool or relaxing on the covered patio. A private walkway leads directly to the beach, where you can swim, walk, or simply enjoy the sound of the waves. Beach essentials are provided for your convenience.  
  
Amenities  
Enjoy thoughtful touches throughout: air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable fans, heating, free parking for two cars, and self check-in via keypad. The home also includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

\*\*\*PLEASE NOTE\*\*\* May 1st to October 31st marks Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Please follow Nassau County's guidelines in the property guidebook to protect these cherished creatures. Thank you for your cooperation!  
  
Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.  
  
Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.  
  
Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.  
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.  
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.
