Atlantic Sunrise B – Listing for Three Bedroom Townhome The beach is your backyard! Located on South Fletcher, our home is a favorite among guests, leading to many repeat bookings. This townhome is perfect for family vacations. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We recently completed a thorough refresh with new flooring, paint, furniture, housewares, linens, towels, and mattresses. Our home is now better than ever! It features a balcony with beautiful views. The first level offers a queen bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room has comfy couches and a large SMART TV. Step outside to the oceanfront deck and patio. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. There are both standard and Keurig coffee makers. Harris Teeter and Walmart nearby provide everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs, there is a sunny main suite with an amazing ocean view and a king bed. The main bath has a large walk-in shower and a separate powder area. The second floor also includes another bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath. IMPORTANT NOTES License - City of Fernandina Beach - Resort Rental Dwelling License - License Number: RRDP-000379-2019 Rental Agreement - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help. OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform. We had a wonderful stay during a long weekend. The space worked great for our extended family to stay with us for a destination wedding that took place on Amelia Island. Everything clean. The owners were great at communicating. Kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I'd say is the master bedrooms's shower fixtures are quite dated. But everything functioned well. It was a plus that each of the three bedrooms had its own full bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items, and the freezer has an icemaker. The beach access was wonderful, and the deck had plenty of chairs for us all. The surrounding homes were very quiet, and our stay was quite peaceful. The up and downstairs patios were great for enjoying ocean views. The property management team was wonderful! Helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Good communication! Property inside was tired and needs maintenance. Carpet is stained, paint is faded and scratched, boardwalk needs to be power washed, shower heads need to be replaced. Main tv is only 32 inch. The house has its own boardwalk to the beach and it’s easy to go back in if you forget something. The views from the master bedroom are gorgeous. We are already starting to plan our trip for next summer! The listing is extremely accurate-there May be some things you think should be there, but aren’t, but also aren’t listed, so it is accurate. Things you should plan to bring our buy there: dish sponge, shower supplies (soap, Shampoo, etc.), additional garbage bags, additional dishwasher detergent, additional paper towels and toilet paper. Also, if you plan to cook, you may want to bring one of your preferred knives as the ones there, though plentiful, are not so great for cutting up veggies, etc. I wish we could have extended our stay, but stupid work got in the way!
