"This is our third or fourth time staying here. Convenient location on bluestone creek. Close to Clarksville and within 15-20 min and shorter of all popular boat ramps. Plenty of boat parking for 4-5 boats. This is a must for a large group, no unhooking. This house has all the amenities one could ask for. "Our family had such a lovely stay. The house was small, very cozy, absolutely spotless, and beautifully decorated. There were so many thoughtful touches - butter, eggs, and cream in the fridge, board games in the closet, DVDs in the bureau, laundry supplies, scented bath products, hairdryer, makeup remover pads, and even a bag of epsom salts in the bathroom. "I took two teams (UMASS & JMU) to the college super regional Pickleball tournament. The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. I recommend getting there in the daylight hours because it is a little off the beaten path and dark when you arrive but it was perfect fit for our needs - great hospitality! "The property was clean and functional. We needed a place to stay with the family dog while waiting to close on our nearby home purchase (we were coming from out of state). We were happy with property and now live nearby. The only downside was the gravel road drive through the woods at the end. We're not used to that, but it really wasn't bad. Nice place to stay. We're grateful that we found it. Owner was very friendly and accessible. That was a big plus."
