"Basic stay — for those who need to overnight at JFK AIRPORT for early or connecting flights. Staff was great — but no amenities in a highway bound property"

"Checked in just fine. Got to the room & got full sized beds instead of the queens that were in the package I purchased. Bathtub had hair in it. A/C kept making loud noises & waking everyone up. Rooms lock was broken. Breakfast was horrible all they had out was bread, waffles & orange juice."

"The room was small, but clean. I asked for help with my luggage and was told they didn’t have anyone to help me. I explained that I had just been discharged from the hospital. The woman at the front desk asked a maintenance man to help me. The man was very nice and took my luggage to my room. There were lots of choices for breakfast. The food looked fresh and I saw a worker restocking the eggs and other hot foods. The shuttle was right outside the entrance to the hotel. It was an older van, but got us to the airport with no problems. "

"I’ve traveled all over. This is the worse place I’ve stayed so far. The rooms are outdated, bathrooms outdated, nasty old carpet on the floor, and Inn smelled like smoke. Do NOT be fool by the pictures online. They are misleading. This Inn makes Holiday Inn look like a 5 Star Hotel. "

"What made this hotel great for us was the shuttle. Our pickup at JFK was good, but the shuttle at 4:30am from the hotel to the airport terminal was great! It was on time and well-organized. Room was fine, except the lighting was very minimal. We had to use our cell phone flashlight twice to see in dark corners! Had a nice salmon dinner on the restaurant."

"let me start with the airport shuttle, waited for almost 45 min after calling the property . Staff at check in was polite and helpful , however during checked out when needed some small change for tips. the staff at the counter was every unprofessional by showing the attitude. Room is clean but the mattress is old and sank in and edge of the bed curve out. Need replacement. carpet at the coridor is dirty. The only restaurant at the hotel need improvement , besides pizza , nothing is presentable at all. way way to salty. to be frank, i was pretty disappointment with this one, not the standard of DOUBLE tree i am use to ."
