"Negatives: The room is so small it was hard to use the desk. So small there was no table to eat on. Had a broken toilet seat that was the wrong size. Images on line made the space look more luxurious. Positives: The room was very clean. The building is reasonably secure. The workout gym is amazing. The business space is very functional, quiet and inviting. Communication with management was efficient (but impersonal). I would consider using the company again."

"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Edison for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, with easy access to Broadway theatres, Times Square, shopping, and many nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of a bottle of Chardonnay and a chocolate bar, as well as the complimentary bottled water provided in our room. When we arrived, the lobby was hosting its Friday happy hour with music and wine, which made check-in feel especially lively and welcoming. The complimentary grab-and-go breakfast was convenient for busy mornings, and we also appreciated having the option of a discounted sit-down breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edison and would happily stay here again on a future visit to New York City."

"Because we're late to check in, our booking was canceled. We're check in the following morning at 9am. But after 30 minutes we let us in. The room in hot and we approached the receptionist about that . He said They will something about that. But when we come back around 9pm still hot in the room. We end up buying small electric fan but still hot. The following morning we approached again the lobby and she said will transfer us in different room. The room is okay but in our last night they did not change the towels so we used the wet and dirty towel. The phone in the room is not working and the elevator is so slow. So we decided just use the old towels. We leave the hotel at 7am."

"My wife and I stayed here for a 1 night stay in NYC. It was very conveniently located because we needed to be near Grand Central and it was easy to access the subway. The room was clean, quiet and the staff was very nice. I would highly recommend."

"The rooms are amazingly quiet for a very busy hotel in the heart of time square. I would say the hotel is extremely busy. We arrived at midnight to check in and queued for 35 minutes! Same at check out. Aside from the it was in a great location and a peaceful oasis from the hectic outside!"

"J'ai adoré l'accueil de Linda au front desk qui nous a upgradé notre chambre pour une plus grande et en plus, on a eu droit à un early check-in. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour toutes nos visites de la ville et surtout, pour assister à notre spectacle au Madison Square Garden. J'aurais aimé avoir l'option du petit-déjeuner inclus, mais les options autour de l'hôtel sont abondantes. Nous y retournerons!"
