"Garbage left in room from previous guest. Not enough towels. Request for more never taken care of. Request for cups & ice bucket, was told by front desk “no idea go ask bartender”. Bartender was very nice. Went in search of ice bucket and filled it. Ever told At check in that we could not get in door by pool and had to back track with all of our luggage to get to inside door. Pool & hot tub were very dirty the next morning. Overall staff disregarded us as guests."

I had fun walking the wide corridors and appreciating the period furniture while enjoying a comfortable stay in a great updated room, and awesome staff. "
