El Cuyo Vacation Packages

Our stay here was just ok. I felt like the only place we ever ate at was the main buffet. The Mexican restaurant wasn't open at all. There was the Italian restaurant which had same buffet as the lobby buffet. Then the market, which was more buffet. The Marina restaurant had the same, but different, as the buffets. And the new restaurant across the street wasn't even open. Overall, the food was disappointing, especially since I got sick on day #2, with what I thought was food poisoning. But heading to the doctor tomorrow, pretty sure it's Salmonella. So, my appetite was ruined after that...lived off of toast and saltines for the week. Staff in the lobby are great! The staff doing the pool activities are great! Bar staff outside, towel staff, restaurant staff weren't the friendliest. Staff walking around the pool serving were friendly, but pool bar staff, not so much. Loved the access to the beach. The pool options were perfect for our families. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Housekeeping was not that good people working in the resort dont speak really english

We got a last minute deal to Dreams Sapphire and were so happy with our stay. Rooms were perfect, mini bar was great and stocked, resort food was very very good - perhaps one of the better we have ever had. We got a taxi into Playa Del Carmen one day and were helped by the VIP table. Ubers are not really a thing so its kinda expensive but fun for a day. Beach was taken care of, pool had alot of fun and lots of waiters, restuarants were awesome. We only waited one night and knew we would so had a salad at the buffet before. Overall- we would be back easily.

The roof top suite with plunge pool was amazing

Everything about the property from the service , staff and our room was amazing . A true 5 diamond resort with high end restaurants and service . Stayed for 4 nights in the preferred oceanfront Jr suite and we loved every bit of it . The bathrooms and showers are so nice !
