Very close to all tourist attractions and so easy to get around. Very walkable area but plenty of transport too. Lots of events and helpful 24/7 staff.

the staff was AMAZING! mandy hosted bracelet making for the taylor concert and there was always something cool going on. i felt very safe and at home as a female solo traveler :)

First time staying in anything like this- and the underground venue is really interesting. Once I got used to all of it, I was amazed at how convenient it was for me to grab a quick night as I passed through the city to do an early flight the next morning. The professionalism, safety, and cleanliness of this space is really something else. Well done.

I was a female staying in k the coed dorm and there was probably 12 women and 2 men. I never felt uncomfortable or awkward. It was clean , staff was friendly and i absolutely loved the location.
