Staff were very helpful. The lady who checked us out carried our bags down the outside steps as we both had canes. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen, with an excellent selection. The location can’t be beat, a short walk to the bus station and multiple restaurants. Overall excellent!

The hotel was welcoming. The room was good, very clean, although the view was poor (a back street). Breakfast was very good and to be recommended. I stayed with my grandson and I would recommend the hotel for families. The service at the bar was good and the meal we had in the hotel in the evening was good, very suitable for families.

We returned from a tour of the Highlands and needed rooms for the night before heading to the airport for an early flight. Proximity to tour drop-off was convenient. Check-in was fast and easy. Dinner and drinks both delicious. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The staff even arranged for our 6 AM taxi pickup and prepared breakfast bags to go!
