The hotel was welcoming. The room was good, very clean, although the view was poor (a back street). Breakfast was very good and to be recommended. I stayed with my grandson and I would recommend the hotel for families. The service at the bar was good and the meal we had in the hotel in the evening was good, very suitable for families.

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay! The room was great. The location was fantastic (close to Waverly Station, an easy walk to Old Town. The staff was terrific. And the included breakfast was outstanding! All good things to say about my experience.

We returned from a tour of the Highlands and needed rooms for the night before heading to the airport for an early flight. Proximity to tour drop-off was convenient. Check-in was fast and easy. Dinner and drinks both delicious. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable.The staff even arranged for our 6 AM taxi pickup and prepared breakfast bags to go!

Hotel is very nice , room size , shower etc was perfect, Breakfast does not have traditional full English style or pancakes so my grandson wasn’t able to have the breakfast Staff are friendly, polite and helpful and whatever you ask for they help without hesitation I had a comfortable stay and would return, hotel is in a fantastic spot, close to all buses and tram , restaurants, shops etc
