"Nice place"

"I had a great experience from check-in to check-out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything you need. I just have one complaint, I stayed in a room with a king size bed. The mattress was very hard. To the point lying on my side was a little uncomfortable on my hips. To me it felt like the mattress was older and lost it cushion. Maybe it was just the mattress in the room I stayed it. But I loved everything else about staying at this hotel."

"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."

"Check in very slow. Given same room as someone else. Room changed but key not reprogrammed meaning 3 trips to reception. Parking easy. Good breakfast although service a bit slow. "

"When I got in on Sunday, the room that was given to me was not clean, dirty towls were left in the room and had a leaky faucet. They transfer me into another room that was good. During the week there was another day that the room was not serviced."
