Everything aboit the hotel was phenomenal.

Check was a nightmare & caused by staff. Not one room was clean until 3 so everyone that had arrived anytime before checkin was directed to wait until 3, line was ridiculous. Room gave us what we needed, a roof over our head. The beds were awful, pillow top mattresses were turned upside down for us to sleep on the mattress bottom. Our stay could have been much better if staff had of wanted that. We were given wrong hours for breakfast and missed it Sunday morning. Saturday morning we were up and out earlier as we were participating in a sporting event. By the amount of ppl heading towards the breakfast room, I assumed we were not alone missing breakfast Sunday morning. No one told us towels were at front desk and not poolside so we learned the hard way. We booked the room for 6 ppl and were given 2 sets of towels. The cord for the lamp had been broken and was taped up with bare wires showing, major fire hazard. Ice machine broken. At check out I had to ask for a receipt to find I had been charged more than my agreed upon amount through Expedia. When I asked about it I was told that I needed to contact Expedia. I was not accepting that & discussed it with the on duty manager that apparently corrected it. I’m still waiting for the charge to be corrected but I only checked out yesterday. The all around attitudes of the majority of the staff was poor to be offering customer service at a front desk. They are the only person to person contact for most ppl staying.

No towels No coffee or cups They ran out of food at the breakfast buffet by 9 AM The room was OK, but I probably would not stay there again
