I stay here a lot when travelling to NB and usually have a great experience, however the cleanliness and upkeep of my Jacuzzi suite was disturbing as I found multiple long black hairs in several areas in the Jacuzzi and bathroom and the top corner of the tub ledge looked as if someone was shedding their pubic hair. Absolutely disgusting, and hard to miss which makes me wonder if the room was even wiped down. Along with a variety of holes in drywall with sunken in patchwork, this definiely fell short of my expectations and made it difficult settling in for the night not knowing what was clean or not. The jacuzzi also turned on by itself randomly at about 2am, waking me up as it was very loud. Staff were very friendly, but I may be rethinking future stays.

The reception was easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was relatively quiet and worked fine. The decor is a little dated but everything clean and worked fine. And the water pressure at the shower was the best I've seen in any hotel!
