The Westin Cleveland Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"The room was very clean and nice and chilled for the weather extreme hot temperatures that were happening while I was there for 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend The Westin there in downtown Cleveland. The only complaint I can honestly say was that the room service food I ordered arrived all cold. They said it would arrive to my room in 20 minutes, which it did arrive within that time. 3 carne asada tacos, rice and beans, corn. All cold. I was too tired to have it corrected and had to be at a concert with no time to wait for the corrected order. I'm not blaming The Westin since the restaurant was simply in the hotel. I'm not sure they're affiliated, but I was able to charge my food to my room, so not so sure. The hotel was great."

Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade

10/10 Excellent

"The location within the spectacular 1890 arcade is unusual and fun. My wife wanted to stay downtown to see the architecture and we were not disappointed. We ate at the 1890 restaurant. It was pretty empty but it shouldn't be. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. The next night we ate at the pizza restaurant / sports bar at the opposite end of the arcade. The pizza was very good and I'm from Brooklyn. All in all, great few days. My only criticism was the valet parking was on the high end (about the same as NYC but it shouldn't be)."
