Great location, the happy hour drinks and snacks are wonderful. It would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar that was open for lunch and mid afternoon. Had a problem with getting our rooms cleaned in a timely manner, we left at 9 and at 4 they were still not cleaned. They said because the hotel was full and staffing. That is not my problem I expect it refreshed or cleaned everyday

Beautiful historic property and rooms. Pool area is a nice quiet place to get away, if you want to stay on the Riverwalk this is a top choice.

Everything about the property is excellent. The location is great for the Riverwalk and the amenities are very good. We are the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. I would say that at busier times the elevators can be a little slow and crowded but these are very minor points.

Breakfast was really fantastic- made to order omelette station. Lots of variety. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had 2 rooms- one had a sliding door between bedroom and bathroom that didn’t close properly. Although it was fixed the next day, it’s disappointing that the issue wasn’t brought to maintenance before our arrival by either previous guests and/or housekeeping. Overall a good stay

This stay was amazing. Right off the north of the riverwalk, El Camino food truck lot was just across the Riverwalk bridge. The staff were amazing. Best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, and the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was relaxing. I will be going back 100000%.

Beautiful hotel, excellent conditions, right in down town next to the best area of the river walk.

Excellent stay close to the conference centre and on the river walk.

So close to the Alamo
