10/10 Excellent
Located next to Tower of London on River Thames. We booked a "Superior Apartment, 1 Bedroom (Urban View)" room. Our was on the 7th floor and we got a partial view of the Tower of London from our room! Great location - 5 min walk to Tower Hill station and several bus routes. The area becomes very quiet in the evenings and so if you're looking for an area with nightlife and lots of social activity, this will disappoint. But if you want a quieter area without any crowds in the evenings, this is...

10/10 Excellent
The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Counting House is a new property, offering rooms over a historic pub in the heart of the business district. The location was excellent, in walking distance to a number of major landmarks nearby, (e.g. Tower Bridge, Sky Gardens, Monument) and two underground stations - (Bank, Monument) as well as frequent bus service. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds, the staff friendly and accommodating of our requests. Breakfast was included and very good. Even the mini-bar was included - a nice...
