"I stayed last week at the new Hilton hotel in Bracebridge. I was impressed how clean and spacious the room was. I made a suggestion to the recepionist on the desk in the morning. A few hours later she texted me that they had made the change to help others. That was amazing."

"It’s our first time to stay in this hotel & we’re happy that we chose this hotel to stay. Very clean , new amenities. Breakfast that comes with it has different variations. Staff are great specially Julie who has been so helpful, approachable. Even helped out in the breakfast area since they were short staffed, but we didn’t feel lesser service. Will be using the same hotel on our future trips here. Thanks a lot to Julie!!"

Way more amenities than we expected with thoughtful touches - hand cream, sugar and coffee, toiletries, extra towels, blender, air fryer, etc. Bethany the host was very responsive. "Our family spent a lovely weekend here. The house was spotless and so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the games space downstairs. It's a great location for winter activities like the skating trail at Arrowhead, and then heading back to relax in the hot tub in the snow. We would definitely come back!"

"The on site staff were accommodating. When we arrived the fireplace wasn’t working and the room had two portable heaters. We fell into an extreme cold (-36 feels like -44) alert and requested a third portable heater. The staff offered to replace our fireplace while we went out for breakfast. This helped manage the cold for the remainder of the stay."
