Staff was very friendly with 24-hour reception and tea and coffee available. Room was spacious and comfortable. Indoor pool, fitness centre and laundry facilities were a bonus.

Great location. Clean rooms and perfect for kids with the amenities on site.

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the property. The room was very clean except for quite a few jasty long black hairs in the bathroom both on thr floor and in the shower (gross!) But i used disinfectant wipes to remove them- everything else was very clean. The hotel is in wondeful shape- very new feeling. The breakfast is a full buffet: bagels, oatmeal, omlettes, turkey sausages, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. The breakfast room is huge and open- there are booths...

The free breakfast is great and the area is clean.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our suite was perfect! You can absolutely tell that this property has been soundproofed- we are VERY light sleepers and never heard a thing during our stay! We didnt attend the evening reception but the breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel! Thank you!

Also the coffee pot was very old fashion and and charging points were not modern and updated. Overall it was good !!!!

We enjoyed the stay with our dog and kids. They had fun at the pool, games in the lobby, and breakfast was delicious.

Great location, sharp aesthetics and very clean

The room was clean, the property was gorgeous with the Japanese inspired interior! The bath bombs in the hotel shop were perfect for the big bathtub in our room! Our only complaint would be that the pillows are very thin, the beds are comfortable otherwise! We would stay here again. :)

Super welcoming staff and the place still smells like a new build home! The gym is well equipped and having a late checkout time made the morning much less rushed!

The Portland Hyatt Regency is a relatively new hotel, and it shows. The lobby is large, with plenty of comfortable seating areas. Six 3,500lb elevators mean there's never a wait. The restaurant has plenty of vegan/vegetarian options, and isn't too expensive. There's a market with snacks, which was nice. I had a king suite on the 10th floor, with mountain, river and city views. Everything was new, and in top notch working order. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Motion detector...
