Excellent hotel right next to Bord Gais Theatre. Facilities in the hotel were first class. The gym was amazing, great pool, staff were excellent and the breakfast was lovely. Great selection of food for breakfast to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. Will definitely stay again.

Worst hotel I have stayed on, should be a 1 star hotel. Absolutely terrible in every way possible. I have never had a bad experience like this in my life and I travel a lot. The staff was unbelievably rude. I had to complain every day where nothing was fixed that was wrong. I couldn't do my work where wifi didn't work, I had to shower on my Coworkers hotel where the shower barely worked. Smelly hallways with so much trash all day on them. The maid walked in on me when I was about to change clothes. She came into the room without knocking at 2ish pm. No fridge in the room, was brought a broken one and even my sandwich from the fridge was taken when I reported the broken fridge! I'm absolutely never going back to this terribly awful hotel. This is the first bad review I write in my life, I was so disgusted. I want a refund! They gently told me; to F off. Absolute outrage

Our room was mostly clean, except the shower floor and curtain. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The issue with the hotel is that it is over 2km from the city Center and tourist area. There isn’t a lot of tourist facilities around it so a fair walk, or short taxi ride to where most things are.

Lovely hotel for a city break away, amazing sandwich shop carved just around the corner. Easy walk from airport bus. Just had an issue with stiff windows which made them hard to close. We was located near the lifts so a lot of footfall noise.

When the airline lost my luggage, the staff was extremely accommodating to meet my needs. My daughter and I were able to walk all over the city from our hotel without fear of safety. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Dublin!

Our room was extremely hot. Breakfast was sub-par, pool hours very restricted, order leaving taxi over an hour in advance and had to reorder with staff. They had one person working for a line of 10 to 12 people waiting. ☺️

Liked this property. Rooms were good size. No Air-conditioning but windows open a bit. Tea and coffee woth cookies a big plus. Not enough bath towels but could call and get more. I would stay here again.

I had called this hotel directly far in advance for a request for a nice room with a decent view as this was a 25 anniversary stay. I asked for an early check in as we were coming in on a red eye. They told us they couldn’t do that and if we wanted to check in early we would have to book an extra night to ensure that. Our breakfast was included but I told them we would miss it as we were getting there an hour after (11am)breakfast finished . I asked if they could put a muffin or croissant in the room and that was a big no! Breakfast buffet the next day had a big selection but cold scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon. Any staff that we encountered weren’t overly friendly and I’m really glad we only stayed here for a short time rather than the duration of our stay. When I told the front desk about the sink spewing water all over ( and totally wetting my shirt) and asking about the view we requested ( we got first floor with a view of the ac units) he told us that none of views are good because of the direction of the hotel and nothing was said or done about the sink. Outside the hotel smelled like a sewer. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great family friendly hotel near Trinity college and the Liffy river, it’s a few blocks away so bring your walking shoes. Has a pool for the kids, and a great breakfast with all the Irish offerings. Overall a great place to stay in the city.
