Location was good. Convenient to restaurants, parks and museums. Staff was very helpful and nice. The reception area was lovely. Bathroom was very nice looked newly refurbished. However, the bed was unappealing. Smoke filled the room when we opened the window. Carpet was well worn and stained. We reserved a Superior Double room. I don’t know if that’s what we got. If so, it was not really superior.

It's in walking distance to very central Dublin, but it's very quiet. I preferred staying here than right in the center because the center can be very loud at night with people playing music etc. The staff were very polite and breakfast was very good!

The staff were exceptional. Guesthouse beautiful. Nothing a problem, going out of their way to host. We were served tea on arrival in proper teapots with tea cosy! Lovely coffee lovely lounge free pastries, rooms were great. Breakfast was cherry on top, amazing service. Well done to whole team. We will all be back soon.
