« It is a lot smaller than you would expect. The kitchen was not very clean and there were mystery brown smudges on the bedroom walls. The only perks to staying here in my opinion are the private hot tub and location. »

« The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended...

"Hôtel très beau et dans un beau cadre. On nous attribué une chambre PMR alors que nous n’en avions pas demandé et celle ci était sans fenêtre quasiment. Nous avons pu changer de chambre mais avons eu 2 lits queen au lit d’un très grand lit comme payé . Il faut réserver pour le restaurant même si la réception nous a dit le contraire . Le restaurant est très bruyant, même si les plats sont généreux et bons. La serveuse, brune avec des lentilles de contact bleues, m’a donné une boîte pour faire moi même mon doggy bag (alors que pour les autres tables cela était fait en cuisine ) et touchait les mains de mon mari au moment du paiement par carte ce qui n’est pas du tout un comportement professionnel et normal …. "
