There is no backyard access from the back exit. You have to walk around the property to get to the water. The deck furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. There are other properties on the other side of the waterway, so there is no privacy on the back deck, as you are also directly next to your neighbors. The back does not lock securely, so do not bring anything valuable with you that you cannot take in your vehicle when you come and go. Thought the place was easy to find and was very clean. Cute rooms, perfect size for 2 of us and a dog. By far, though, the best feature was the great access to the beautiful creek in back.
