"En general el hotel esta bueno, sus piscinas maravillosas, no asi la playa pq tenia mucho sargazo. Pero al final no nos fuimos del todo felices pq se nos perdieron dos articulos personales en la habitacion y aunq hicimos el reporte, no recibimos respuesta pq al dia siguiente ya nos ibamos y ellos disponian de un período d tiempo determinado para investigar. En fin, q lamentamos q hechos como ese opaquen la calificacion general. Realmente deben ser mas selectivos con el personal q emplean para la atencion y servicios a las habitaciones para q esto no ocurra. Cabe destacar q tienen excelente personal en todas las areas del hotel."

"I was nervous based off other reviews I have read, but we had a great time here! We were three couples traveling together and had a lot of fun. Rooms were nice, hotel grounds are beautiful! A nice surprise was we got a butler, Christian, who was amazing!!! He booked every reservation for dinner for us-he made our trip seamless and very easy! Beach was nice, yes there is seaweed for the time of year but it’s not bad as they clean it up! No issues with staff, they were all very kind! When they overheard it was my birthday at breakfast they started singing to me and brought out an entire cake (that was delicious!) The food was good, I would give it an 8/10 overall. Some limited options for breakfast and lunch buffets but can not comment on dinner buffet, as we had a reservation for dinner ever night. We ate at the steakhouse, KOI, la palapa (Italian), and the gourmet restaurant (French) Highly recommend KOI, we had the teppanyaki and sushi which were both delicious! The gourmet restaurant was also really good, I got the seabass which was delicious! However, overall the proteins are usually overcooked. Still tastes good though. ALSO yes there are resort kitties AND beach dogs.. it is clear the cats are well taken care of at resort but the dogs definitely need some water and food so bring treats!!!"
