What a find. This is a place in the country and only 10 min from Leeds Castle. The pub atmosphere is we loving and traditional - what you would hope for and expect of a pub. Cozy, updated menu with vegan options.
The rooms are in a separate annex. Quiet, modern but cute and stylish in the room I was in. All that’s needed. I’d recommend this place any day.

We stayed two nights in May, 2013. This hotel has a spa and meeting facility attached, as well as a restaurant (expensive) and a smaller bistro/bar area with moderately priced meals (where we ate two dinners). Located along a main road, but not near other tourist facilities, so eating in the hotel may be necessary. We enjoyed the house-like shape of the hotel, the huge garden area and large parking facilities. The staff were excellent, everything was clean and there is a nice gym and swimming...

Beautiful property in a quaint little town, run by a lovely couple! He is a chef and they also run the pub up the road. Delicious food at the pub and also for our included breakfast. We even sat in the library after dinner and were offered a glass of port. Just a delightful stay!

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were very lovely and accommodating.
When we entered the hotel room, it exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is absolutely stunning, with very friendly staff.
The only problem we encountered, was a fire drill held on the Monday morning of which we were not informed of. My partner and I treated it as a real emergency scrounging for our important documents as quickly as possible so that we could evacuate in a timely manner. Once we made it to the bottom...

This was a beautiful small hotel, 8 rooms over a pub in the centre of town. Each room is different but mine (room 5) was amazing. Large bedroom and a spa line bathroom with a tub that would be perfect for wine and a bubble bath and a separate rainfall shower.
Breakfast was included with a good sized menu.
All the staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so you are carrying your luggage up and down a lot of stairs, but the staff always jump in to help.
