10/10 Excellent

"Nice resort with a fun pool. It is a large facility but I never experienced an excessive wait at the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking does get very full at night and we had to park some distance from our room one night. With a grocery store, Walmart, many restaurants and shopping located within about a mile, it would be an excellent place for an extended stay. There is an extra charge for housekeeping during the stay. Convenient to Disney and Sea World. .Universal is farther away."

"We were able to check in early. A little annoying that they first said for free and then charges us 75$. Then an additional 36$ resort fee plus 35$ parking. Lots of fees that added to almost more than the night itself. I do have to say the staff was always there and helpful. They have multiple food and drink services. They even had an outdoor movie. The room was nice and clean."

"This was by far the largest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was massive, but I quickly got the hang of getting around. The staff made sure I had a map, so that was super nice and The layout was easy to navigate. The staff was amazing. Always helpful if I needed something and very nice, polite and professional. They were the best. They threw in some complimentary waters and chocolates upon check in. They were lovely people. The room was..... Okay. For what I paid, I honestly expected more than I got. WiFi wasn't free.. I paid nearly 3k for 4 days to be there. No free breakfast? No free Wi-Fi? Seriously? What good amenities was I supposed to get? I did love my view from the 15th floor and the balcony. It was quiet and always clean. Not to mention the onsite restaurants being an arm and a leg to dine there. Way too expensive and the service was always lackluster.... I mean, it was convenient to be able to walk back to our room after dinner and not fight the horrid traffic. But the service? Abysmal. Constantly forgetting my drinks. I liked that they had a small market on the lower floor for drinks and snacks. Expensive, but nice to have. Overall my stay was a 3 out of 5. I probably wouldn't stay there again. I understand it's in a high traffic, tourist destination, but I was there on a work trip. Next time I'll choose better."

"the newly refurbished room was very nice as a quality manager I was impressed. The Maid services were not what we expected! With no complaint about the maids or the cleanliness of the rooms we were surprised at how late the rooms were made available the lobby was filled with people waiting on their rooms to be available well after the advertised check in time more maids were needed 2 maids per floor with the quality expected was not enough, they need more help. The Resort Fees were Excessive the staff could not explain the cost! The Parking fees were just another excessive hidden fee $42 a day totally ridicules rip off! Do not drive your car or rent a car it is cheaper to use Uber or Lift! The bus service is confusing S&D Busses Disney Busses and other contracted Busses! Paper signs taped to doors? No ideal when or if a bus was coming? 10 minutes 30 minutes no Ideal! S&D busses stop at all 3 hotels so don't plan on getting any ware soon! The boats were awesome this was a plus for the S&D if you are an EPCOT Hollywood fan! If you're going to Magic Kingdom plan on having to deal with the Disney Transportation Remote Parking Diabolical! Plan on wasting an Hour! Bus trip to a long line to get on a Monorail or boat! in the morning or nighttime back to your hotel! at the swan and dolphin, you are treated as a non-Disney Resort Customer for Magic Kingdom! Uncorrelated bus schedules 4 busses for Animal Kingdom in a row 1 bus in 45 minutes for Disney springs!"
