Front desk workers were friendly but once we got to the room it went downhill.
When we went to make the sofa bed up there was only a pillow and a fitted sheet in the bag. The fitted sheet was stained brown.
Candy left in the drawers.
Dirty face clothes found drying in the shower curtain rod.
White stains on the carpet.
Absolutely not worth the cost.

We were looking for a pit-stop on the way home to Canada and all hotels in Florence were booked. Expedia helped us find this hotel off the beaten path, no too much, and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were cheerful, room was spacious and very clean. And the included breakfast was above average compared to the other hotels we stated at on our way to and from Florida. We noticed a lot of pet owners with dogs were checking in and we were informed that this hotel was one of the few in that area...

The staff was courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast had many options and was easy to choose from. The rooms were cleaned promptly and a note saying have a great day was left everyday. Overall this is great hotel to stay at and easy access to many stores and restaurants.
