"Had an oceanfront suite. The room was superb. Spacious and clean and a perfect view. The only issue I have with this place is check in and check out, although this is becoming worse among all hotels. Check out was 10 am, which to me is ridiculously early. Then check in is 4 pm which is ridiculously late. And they didn’t even have my room ready at 4. I had to stand in the lobby for a half hour before it was ready. The woman checking me in wasn’t very concerned about it as I only got a room at 4:30 after I had to go back to the desk again. If not for the poor check in experience this is a 9/10 hotel."

"El hotel está en un buena locación todo accesible todo limpio ordenado lo único que puedo decir que me decepcionó un poco fue. El piso del cuarto estaba súper sucio tanto que le dejaba a uno los pies negros con solo caminar un poquito fue lo único malo de ahí todo está muy bien, sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí ya que aceptan a los peluditos"
