My family & I had a great experience here! We absolutely loved how clean the room was when we got there, the staff were very kind and helpful, we loved the beach view from our 21st floor balcony! It was a great experience especially because my 4 year old absolutely loves the beach!

Clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff, easy beach access. Beautiful views from the balcony. If you want a beach chairs- you have to bring your own or pay for chairs and umbrella. The hotel is conveniently located. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms were very clean as well as the property. You have access to several pools, the lazy river and water slides. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the beach is beautiful. The bar also has great cocktails. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel and property are very nice. The staff is friendly. Awesome beach view from our room. The room didn't get cleaned unless requested so we struggled a little with getting rid of garbage and getting clean towels. Other than that, the hotel was great!

Everything was great! Lovely pools, easy access to the ocean, and we had a lovely suite overlooking the ocean. The Boardwalk and other sites were nearby. The Bistro is a quaint two-floor restaurant-bar. What you’re not told is that as a guest you are entitled to free shuttle service two doors down at Breakers, another property but same owners. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. They do not clean surfaces, countertops, sinks or bathtub. They make the beds, replace towels, toilet paper, tissues. I had to buy cleaning supplies because I prefer a clean bathtub. However, they are more than pleased to take any tip you leave them.

The room was amazing; I loved the balcony where I was able to enjoy the nice weather and the beautiful view of the beach! Both the check-in and check-out was fantastic. Whenever I'm back in Myrtle Beach, I'd love to have a room here.

Really liked our room facing towards the ocean. was very clean really liked the bathroom and mirrors. staff was friendly. The hotel smelt good as well didn't have the water mildew smell like some of the other hotels by the ocean. Only downside was there was no free breakfast in the morning. But I really liked the hotel!!
