"My partner and I have been coming here for about 5 years. During this period we've stay at this hotel about 9 times. When we first started coming here, there was an active bar/restaurant. Through the years they closed it so if you have to get a meal or drinks you'll have to go to the sister hotel which is on the beach. Although their televisions have not work the last 3 times we've stayed here, we still chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport so don't spend you're money in transportation. From this hotel to the beach its an 8 minutes walk and a $6 per person ride each way. The staff are amazing!!!!! Very helpful and attentive. I just got back home and I'm planning my next trip out there."

"The Palms is really missing any refinement. The pool dirty, shower that was pointed towards the shower curtain, beach unusable, and only one cleaning for a week. The rooms were sloppy painted and never cleaned UNDER anything. Check the vanities. The staff was nice though. The place just needs an investor to improve it. The best part was the chef. Outstanding food. The bartenders were great too. "

"Cleaning the bathrooms in the rooms meds to be addressed. When we got into the room , we immediately noticed the hairs all over the bathroom (body hairs ) eew than we looked into the shower and more hair along with the floors were nasty . Rooms itself was in decent condition, no mold smells and the bed wasn’t bad but the front desk staff could definitely use some costumer service refreshing instead of the rude attitudes. The gentleman driving the golf cart were extremely helpful and nice and made the experience better dealing with them . The advertise restaurant and such but there really is only the pool bar open most of the time and breakfast is only served there and if your not at the bar you have to get it to go which we found a hassle not a relaxing vacation vibe . All and all “ decent “hotel but would not return . "
