The rooms are dated. The first room I was in, the sliding door handle broke off in my hand the first time I opened it to get a look at the water. The second room's hair dryer didn’t work. I stayed four nights and my room was never cleaned once, nor were any towels offered, and I dod not have a please do not disturb sign on my door, so plenty of opportunity to have it cleaned. Breakfast was very good Alice was amazing and so was Lolly who took care of the room. The front staff were VERY accommodating even had a bottle of Champagne that was requested we had to return it even got credited back for not opening the bottle due to us not liking sweet wine...EVERYTHING was Wonderful !!! We would return in a Heart beat !! Taxis very expensive to go everywhere. MUST rent a car!!! Beware, they drive US cars on the opposite side of the road from the states. Hotel was dead, empty. Town had not much but goods imported from India and Bangladesh. Not a good destination. I would like a refund. The rooms were clean and big and the bar was nice and loved having the pool right there for the kids! You do need to rent a car because taxi services are pretty steep compared to St. Thomas and the location is very remote and on the opposite side from the airport.
