The room overlooked the harbor and the view was great.. beautiful site to wake up to.

We absolutely loved staying at the Palms! The beach was just feet from our room and the restaurant/bar was there also! The staff were so nice and very helpful! We had the best time.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I’ve never met people so kind and helpful! The property recently went under new renovations so not everything is perfect right now but they have definitely gone the extra mile for their customers to have everything they can until renovations are done. I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is. We will definitely be back and staying here again solely on the impression the staff left us.

Interior of unit was better than I expected from the pictures. Felt safe in neighborhood and fun little bar/cafe next door with pool and deck area. Very nice patio in rear overlooking pool and sea. Communication from manager was very good. Well stocked kitchen and towel/linen closet. Unit could use an extra AC unit in living room but stayed cool as long as patio doors not left standing open, & use some new tile. Beach along the entire condo row is not the best beach and sometimes has yucky sea grass on it. Not unique to this unit or development, pretty much along entire northshore of island. Pool on premises is decent. Close to town but quieter, easy to get to whole island from this location. You do need a car to get around island. Very hard to beat this unit for the price!

The hotel was immaculate and it was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Christiansted.
