« We had a spacious King room with sofa; balcony Lake view. It was comfortable and clean. They had a mini fridge and every morning each floor from 7am-11am had free coffee/tea by the elevators. If you miss that time frame you could go to the restaurant and ask for some for free. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great view. Would definitely stay again. »

« Strange, large, octagonal opening in the wall that connects the bathroom to the bedroom, thus no bathroom privacy at all. No television. They had to bring a cable box, install it completely and then gave a remote control that was not connected to the box, and only could access 4 channels, 3 of which were shopping networks. Lastly, the front desk is not manned so you cannot get support, help or answers when needed. »
