"The hotel and casino were beautiful, and the staff was so friendly. The only items we wish were different included having a small refrigerator in the room for personal goods (the fridge was stocked with chargeable items), and possibly day care for the youngsters."

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. It is perfectly located in an area that is serene and fun to explore, while still being within reach of all the necessities Woodland Park has to offer. The Eicher’s were terrific hosts. Kyle went out of his way to ship my son’s left behind backpack to us as soon as he discovered it. The cabin has everything you need for comfort and relaxation. Couldn’t recommend it and the Eicher’s more!"

"Great place! Tucked in a wooded area so it’s very private. Super clean and had everything we needed. Cindy is a great communicator and is so nice. There was a snowfall on the day we were leaving and she reached out to offer an extra couple hours past check out time to help us out. The guest information book is one of the best I’ve seen. Very informative. The hot tub was great - nice and hot, and watching the many birds and squirrels coming for food by the back deck was fun. I would definitely stay here again!"

"There was a poo stain on the bed when I pulled back comforter. Top sheet was put on sideways. Texted the hotel with pictures and got no reply- took 2 more texts and they said they would provide a room credit, none came. Coffee in lobby is not worth using, restaurant is torn apart, and nobody has ever been staffing this place in the 3 times I've stayed. People at the bar couldn't get ahold of anyone to even get in their room. Not sure who's even running it. Disappointed because the building itself is so rad. I wish they would properly manage it. "

"We booked this location for a quick overnight trip. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and they even have a food truck that prepares breakfast for you! I will definitely stay here again if in that part of town. "
