"My only critique was that the bath towels were very thin and on the small side. Stay here every year for state dart tournament though for over a decade now."

"This place was way below average hotel standards. Our room stunk like they were trying to cover up smoking. The heater wasn't adjustable and made the loudest noises every time it kicked on. This should be a $50/night room max. I'd recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you want a decent sleep. "

"Hotel is dated. Price is good though. Quick check in. Lobby and halls smell like chlorine from the indoor pool. Hotel and Rooms could use update. Room was clean. "

"Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got the sheets and the rest of the night was good. Breakfast was like warm but the whole place was clean and the beds were comfty! The staff we encountered during the day were very nice!"

"The waterpark water seemed cooler than 2 years ago when we visited in October. The elevator buttons was taped. Hotel was built in 2007 and its dating a bit. Ordered pizza never got a call from the front desk it was there, went to get it and staff member said its over there and we had to grab it. Very poor customer service! Coffee had a poor taste in the room. Ice machine on 7th floor was broke! Oh and dont buy canadinn gift cards for arcade they dont work when were told they would in 2024. "
