"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. "The building is beautiful and new. The pool was great. With a small water fountain and a bubbler in the pool. The room was very nice and everything is new. But it has t been cleaned under the beds or under the other things in the room in awhile. So where that was a big negative. I would still stay there again."

"Always a great time at Christie's! We stayed here on a whim a few years ago, and have been coming back annually since. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We love that it's dog-friendly and has many different amenities (pool, beach, sauna, kayaks, games, beach, and sitting space). The shoreline of the beach is sandy, but I would recommend bringing a pool noodle or water shoes if you want to swim out further (avoiding some muckier parts). Otherwise, relax, enjoy the boats passing by, and take in the pretty sunsets. The restaurant on-site is convenient and enjoyable. Christie's is also walking distance to a coffee shop, ice cream parlor and another restaurant. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to neighbouring towns/trails/park, which can be a fun addition to your stay."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The young man who did check in was very friendly and helpful. When we went to our room it was very clean and well maintained. The room was larger than I had expected with a fridge, microwave, stove top and coffee maker. Glad we stayed and will definetly use Howard Johnsons next time we are in the area."

"Very nice place I would stay there again. Parking can be a bit tricky later in the day. Overall, a very nice place to stay staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast is anything you get at any other hotel. The room was nice kept clean. We did not hear people in the hallway which I was a little bit worried about. It was very quiet. They have a nice patio. You can sit outside and look at the water. We did not try the on-site restaurant, but it did smell good and had quite a few people eating there overall I would stay here again."
