Ibrahim was an excellent host. He was available to answer questions at any moment and was very attentive. He is extremely friendly as well, we shared many moments of good conversation and laughs. He shared a lot of information about Marrakech, the Medina and the history and culture of Morocco. He also helped us find restaurants and attractions around the area and really facilitated our stay. Khadija also did a fantastic job cleaning our room everyday and the food she prepared was excellent....

The standout part of our stay was the professionalism and solicitousness of the staff. They really go above and beyond. The hotel is located outside the small and unremarkable town of El Jadida - too far to walk at an hour's distance and unknown and complicated for taxi drivers. Best to show them the hotel on GPS and guide them on the way there. At the hotel one can enjoy the (unheated) large outdoor pool and terrace area, which has plenty of lounge chairs and tables. There is a large hammam...

Fantastic hotel. Staff are terrific and the restaurant was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The hotel is in a very good location for navigating the City. Highly recommended.

The staff was excellent - attentive , courteous and helpful. The rooftop terrace- the sweeping views of the city, the waterfront - both morning and nighttime. Great breakfast served up there too. Funky but stylist and modern rooms. All in all- superb place to stay in Tangier.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Ksar Anika. Communication in advance with a late arrival was great. The Riad is beautiful with every detail considered. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, attending to every need. The breakfast is unreal! We also appreciate the kindness and hospitality to our 11-yr old son. The location is excellent and most importantly safety is clearly highly important to the staff. Big thanks to all the dining room service team, the night watchman who helped...

Best riad I have ever stayed in my whole morocco trip. Room is clean and well organized. Our flight was early morning next day and staff booked a taxi for me which arrived on time very happy for that. Staff made extra effort in the morning since we’re going to miss our breakfast they prepared us small bags for each person which contains drinks, yoghurt and local snacks. I am very satisfied with my stay at this property.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. We were treated like royalty. We were upgraded to an amazing room. Adil and his staff was very accomadating. Top notch. World class

A truly authentic experience. Luxury in the heart of Marrakech, if you are going to Marrakech to experience its diversity and uniqueness and have the budget for such a hotel I would highly recommend to book the Riad Kniza (if its not all booked up that is as it sells out very fast). The owner Mohammed helped us greatly with an early check-in without issues as we had problems with another hotel. They were accommodating and welcoming. As if you were in someones home as a guest.

Everything about our stay at Riad Livia was amazing. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Our room and the entire Riad were extremely well kept and very relaxing. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels we stayed at in our travels. Good location close to everything you need in Marrakech.

Breakfast is amazing! Rooms and Riad have so much character Moroccan culture. Great stay

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, beginning before we'd even boarded our flight. The reservation confirmation indicated that we should contact the hotel if we were arriving late, so we rang the day before. The staff member with whom I spoke recommended that they arrange for transport from the airport (at the same cost as a taxi, but less stressful & far more convenient), & they offered to provide dinner for us upon arrival (after 10 PM). We were greeted warmly & seated in the garden with...

Always helpful. Wonderful hammam. Very clean. Good breakfast
