"Everything was wonderful except when it came to washing my hands in cold water. Ran the tap for awhile and when I put my hands in it burned me. Steaming hot water ended up coming out. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff they said “that’s weird, we will have someone look after it.” I even showed her how red my finger was"

"The gym has no disinfectant for you to clean after using the equipment. The pool smelled really strong of chlorine so if you have any sensitivity I would recommend not using it. They say coffee 24/7, but it’s just a powder mix of French vanilla in a machine! The floor in our room had stain spills on the floor, so obviously not mopped between uses. We had issues with the air conditioner, I think it had been awhile since it was serviced. It smelled. Staff were friendly."
