The staff was very friendly and polite. Customer service was amazing and the buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the view of the Petronas Tower from our room, was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely gonna back

We had a wonderful stay-cation. Rhifad at reception was a terrific and gracious host. Breakfast was fabulous, the pool was great, and the dinner and the bar was such a nice ambience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

This renovated hotel is on par with The Dorchester Collection, Mandarin and Four Seasons brands. The human capital is upbeat and welcoming. Truly Asian hospitality in the 21st century.

Amazing and friendly service

Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented.

Stayed in a beachfront villa 21 and it was amazing. Location was perfect. Had shade from the trees to escape the sun but direct access to the beach. Located between Horizons bar and the restaurant. Staff was very personable. Jat was our Butler and he made us feel welcomed and was always there if we had a request. All the staff was exceptional to be honest!!

Super convenient. Staff are excellent. Easy to get around and walk around.

Great facilities, clean rooms with interesting layout, friendly and helpful staff! I really appreciated that the staff helped with luggage (even up to the station when I needed to take the express for my flight). I also enjoyed the hotel’s closeness to the subway line for easier access to the city. The pool was a little small but I didn’t end up using it due to the smoke. The room was nice but I think what tips the scale is the friendly service. I would definitely stay here again :)

Friendly courteous staff Always going out if their way to help

My son and I spent 3 days and 2 nights there, and we tried each of the restaurants. The food was great, and the swimming pools were very nice. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy — a game room, a VR room, and even a small cinema. We also booked some water activities with Star Marine. We definitely plan to come back again.
