"The resort looked good on picture and the lobby still looks grand … but the place is very run down. Room was dark, furnished with very old uncomfortable beds. Carpets are just in bad shape. Service didn’t help improve the experience: I got a very long check in of more than 30min and was double charged at check out. Food wasn’t good. "
