Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff.

Wonderful, large and very clean room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we were even welcomed with a wee nip of whiskey at check in. Location is perfect, centrally located in Killarney. The breakfast is excellent but note that the €22.50 cost per person is additional to the room.

Great location. A retreat from the agitated world. View of the see, nice dunes for a walk! Very welcoming. Very cosy. Good machine coffee in the room. Quiet. Carpet not to good for those who has allergies. Bed a bit hard. But the view, location and Nice people makes up for it. Many pub/restaurants nearby that are good like The Strand and The Venue. Breakfast ta the hotel is à Nice change from what you get everywhere else. Go there if you are not loud people.

Absolutely spectacular hotel and spa!! I have travelled extensively and this is the best hotel accommodations I’ve experienced. Our room was so well appointed I could have moved in forever! The staff were all so friendly, the pool and spa gorgeous, and the restaurants were both amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

Very nice hotel, very noisy when the stadium is in use. Room was spacious and clean. A bit of price gouging on St. Patrick's day weekend. :-(

Setting was beautiful. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Would be helpful to have a small fridge in room and an ice machine in each area. Room service was great at delivering ice but they are very busy. Front desk staff were friendly. Staff in hallways could be more friendly and upbeat by simply saying hello, have a good day or any acknowledgment as you passed them. Spa was fine but jets were not working when we were there. We loved everything about citizenM Dublin. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and we were very happy that we chose the buffet every morning. Location was perfect, very walkable to many of the sights we wanted to see. We did the Hop on Hop off bus tour which was great.

What a super place!! You think it's out of the way well you need to think again. So close to the lovely oceanside town of Skerries. If you don't go to the local Man O War pub you are missing out on a true Irish pub experience from the 1500's. The other thing that most people don't realize for under 5 euro you can take the train nearby and be in Dublin within 20 minutes. John and staff were super helpful.
