#### Great spot for business and fun! 

The place is very nice, modern, comfortable, and elegant. Food was good. Service was great. Car park was great with luxuriously big spots. I’ll stay here again on my next business trip to Galway.

The room was big and the hotel was quiet. The bus stop was very near, so it was easy to travel to the city center. Also, the restaurant was marvelous.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with our stay. Room was amazing and clean. The only bad thing is we like our room cold at night and the temperature wouldn’t go below 18 C because of room settings.

The property had a really good accessibility room for my mum which was fantastic. The breakfast food was excellent and the staff really friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean

#### Exceeded expectations- especially staff 

Loved our stay. The staff was excellent everywhere - foh, bar, restaurant. Especially Fons who sorted us out with dinner reservations. Also the girl that checked us in (nose ring) was so lovely and helpful. Rooms were great - and breakfast fantastic.
