Hotel was great, staff very friendly, centrally located. Parking though - not so great. Better communication and directions to the parking ahead of time would have been good :)

The staff was extremely helpful in every respect. We arrived early and they readily stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. We missed breakfast on the 2nd day of our stay, but kitchen staff prepared a continental breakfast without hesitation - most appreciated.

Delightful hotel in a very convenient downtown location. Our studio suite was ample, well-designed, well-equipped, with comfortable seating. Their staff was cheerful and attentive. The adjoining bar was lovely for pre-dinner libations -- and we enjoyed its attractive dining area for tasty and diverse breakfast offerings!

My husband and I stayed for two nights at the Hyde Hotel. The location was hard to beat as it was close to the downtown restaurants and pubs. The room was spotless and we felt very comfortable there. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and one of the fellows at the front desk went to another property to get one. We were very impressed! The restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
