"Great location, wonderful property...We booked a twin room and were upgraded to a room with two double beds. It was a very large room, with a lovely tub/shower combo. We absolutely loved the towel warming rack (as it was raining and chilly) and the staff were so warm and welcoming. What a treat and a great price too. It is so close to the centre of things in Killarney that we could walk everywhere. I highly recommend you stay here."

"Park Place has an excellent location. Very easy walk to main street Killarney with food and shops. It was a short run/walk to Killarney National Park as well which was a welcome surprise. Parking was very easy. The downsides were that the wi-fi did not work well, if at all; and the hallways were like a motel and not well maintained. The room itself was great and clean. "

"On arrival it was necessary to seek assistance from neighbouring hotel in order to gain entry to room - no staff available at reception. Front of hotel very dated with broken tiles and paintwork worn. Room was dated and floor carpet not clean as was bathroom. TV was small with no remote control and only RTE1 and 2. Breakfast was ok. WIFII and internet facilities not working despite an IT technician saying it would be fixed in 30 minutes. Disappointed with hotel that made me cancel my second...
