Great room ! Clean bathroom and room Staff is great, super kind and serving Hotel is next to a mall

The food was great and had a wide variety (Indonesian, Western, and Japanese). The staff worker, Chelsia, was a huge help and also made our dinning experience much better. She was very kind and patient as she explained the food options and helped with any concerns with the food. Chelsia was also willing to make accomodations with the chef especially since one of our family members had a serious nut allergy. Other staff were very helpful as well. In summary, our dinning experience was a 5/5.

All of the Four Seasons we have visited are excellent. But the device and attention to detail here were next level. Our room with a plunge pool and view of Jimbaran bay was excellent We ate at three restaurants and for the first time I'd say the dinner buffet was best. French pastry chef who made magnificent deserts. Fresh fish Balinese style, Tuna sashimi was melti in your mouth. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail reception where we met other guests and F&B Manager Michel and GM Nicolas....

Certainly one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed, wonderful breakfast and high tea lunch, all that. But the most incredible thing was the staff. Now I don’t know. It was our first stay in Bali. Maybe the whole island’s that way but the Mulia was clearly exceptional - vibe-wise.

Great place to stay for adults or with kids. It has everything you need. Staff are friendly and courteous. The ambient feels luxurious and relaxing.

What an excellent hotel in Ubud! We could not have asked for more. Not only was the service impeccable but as soon as you walk in, you feel like to step into a jungle oasis. The room was beautiful with very welcomed air conditioning ;) Various breakfast options and very filling. Great experience at the hotel's spa too. Very friendly and helpful staff. They went as far as too leave a birthday message on the bed for me and bring me a lovely birthday cake. Definitely made our Bali trip memorable...

We loved it here! The staff are so friendly! We didn’t pass anyone without a smile and a greeting. The room was really comfortable- the air conditioning was so great- it was actually quiet so I could sleep with it on! A welcome change! The pool was clean. There is staff present everywhere- so if you need anything it’s easy to get it. Location is just a short stroll to lots of restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is amazing- one of the best I’ve seen! We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Renaissance Uluwatu for a part of our honeymoon. The hotel room was spacious, modern & clean. The hotel included a beautiful infinity pool overlooking a forest/ocean view. Delicious food at both Clay Craft & Double Ikat and the breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options every morning. Highly recommend watching the sunset at the RBar lobby with a bottle of wine.
