« Le personnel a été accueillant dès mon arrivée. La chambre et les espaces communs étaient propres, et les photos en ligne représentent vraiment bien l’endroit. Elle était équipée de tout ce qui était annoncé (séchoir, électroménagers petits et grands, vaisselle, serviettes, savon, etc.) et j’ai été agréablement surprise par sa taille et son confort. L’emplacement est idéal si vous arrivez à la Gare St Pancras International, et la proximité des stations Euston et Russell Square facilite...

Everyone here does their best to help you and arrange what you need. The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch) »

"Lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel, on nous a annoncé que l hôtel était surbooké et que nous avions été transféré dans le Riu Plaza the Westminster. Hôtel d'une catégorie inférieur dans un quartier très très calme. Nous n'avions même pas reçu de message pour nous prévenir, nous n'avons pas eu le choix d"annuler et de choisir un autre hôtel de notre choix. J'avais réservé le Riu Victoria pour sa proximité près du metro et de ses nombreux commerces- j'avais planifié notre séjour en fonction. Nous avons perdu un temps dingue dans l'hôtel Westminster vu la non proximité d'une station de métro. Je voudrais un dédommagement pour ce séjour - ces changements unilatéraux ont vraiment eu un impact sur le bon déroulement de notre séjour - on ne traite pas des clients de la sorte! "

"Aucunes personnes ne parlent un mot de français. Les indications sur la vie dans l'établissement n'est pas très bien expliqué. Quand à l'accès à la piscine sur réservation est décevante. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi pour repartir le dimanche et il n'y avait plus aucunes disponibilités. "
