The staff was incredible. The room was beautiful. We were upgraded from the Junior Villa to an Elite Villa. Their breakfast was very tasty.

Small beach . The room is clean . Good breakfast

Stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of January. Grabbed a ocean view bungalow really close the the beach and pool. Really nice staff and managers... the property caters to adults (not so much to the full moon party crowd or to the $15 a night “lads holiday” seekers.) well maintained with really nice food. A couple of things to note: 1 -Sihanoukville is a gong shows... exact opposite of relaxing. 2 - the last ferry going to Saracen beach is at 5pm... don’t use the Buva sea ferry... complete...

Always a relaxing place. Wonderful pool. Breakfast was good but they were not eager to refill when items are gone. A reinvestment of this property is sorely need to maintain its quality.

Very comfortable and clean. Food good a bit pricey and non-motorized beach activities for example paddle boarding and kayaking were not included in the price. It was very cozy until the preparation for grand opening. Wonderful beach but will require daily upkeep.

Nice room, great location and fantastic staff - we loved our stay and would go back again for sure!

The villa was in great shape and very nicely done. Very comfortable bed and the service was excellent. Meals were very good but breakfast could have more variety. The activities were fun and getting there was easy.
