Metta Residence & Spa

"I have to say from the minute we got to the hotel to when we left I really couldn't fault Metta at all, they were incredible. We checked in on May 25th and stayed till the 29th, we caught a sleeper bus so we got there really early like around 5:30am and our plan was just to drop off the bags, do a quick change and then head off to explore siem reap. But soon after William (Manager) came in and found out about our early check in and said that he can get our room ready in the next hour (this was at like 7am) and even better he told us to go have breakfast and the restaurant (technially we hadn't paid for that day). We told them we were fine with getting the room like we should around 2pm but they insisted they would do their best to get out room ready and to have breakfast on them! I couldn't believe how generous and great the staff were. We stayed there 4 days and we loved every minute of it. The room was great, the hospitality was amazing, the food was incredible, there was even a happy hour by the pool in the evenings where the staff would chat and get to know the guests. We loved every bit of it, they accomodated all our needs and if you were planning to book a place this would be it. You won't regret it, I will recommend this place to anyone who decides to stay in Siem Reap. A hidden gem in my eyes, a beautiful hotel with beautiful people, thank you for making our stay as incredible as it was."

"Amazing place to stay while in Cambodia. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even made us an early breakfast before the restaurant was open prior to her flight. Absolutely great place to stay and I highly recommended it."

"One of our best stays in SE Asia. Hotel staff were exceptionally service oriented, and looked after our every need. The room was spectacular and the pool area was great for relaxing and getting away from the heat. The drinks by the pool were excellently made and reasonably priced, and the food was good as well. It is a great location for walking around, and close to everything, but it is very quite as well. Do not hesitate to stay here- it is Awesome"

"the two pools were very nice, room was cleaned, staff at check in and check out were efficent. breakfast was a la carte with plenty to choose from. walkable to Pub Street and using Grab costs around 1 to 2 USD dependes on the time. i will book here again whenever i go back to Siem Reap."

"Exceptional in every way If I could give this a 6 star rating I would. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and that is due to one thing that many hotels overlook, attention to detail. This is all down to the amazing staff, from the welcome when you arrive to the way they attend to every guests needs, our experience couldn’t be beaten. The location is great, the pool was the perfect antidote to a day walking around temples and the breakfast was the best we have had over 6 hotels we have stayed in over the last 5 weeks. We have stayed in many hotels both for work and pleasure around the world and this is amongst the best. We highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay in this exceptional hotel."

"Our stay was magnificent. This hotel is indeed a tranquil, lush, tropical oasis. The layout maximises guest privacy. The pool is something else; peaceful and beautiful. The hotel’s location is superb, and only a short walk to bustling markets and nightlife. A great deal of thought has been put into room amenities. Room decor is chic and celebrates Cambodia. We dined at the restaurant several times. The food is top notch and great value - fresh, delicious and presented with care. We tried several of their signature cocktails and would gladly sample more! The hotel staff are so friendly, and accommodated our every need diligently and professionally. We would stay here again in a heart beat."
