"Mattress was fair. Pillows need to be replaced....too lumpy. But staff is very friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Location was our main focus and it was great, except we did not like an armed guard standing outside our adjacent building. "

Breakfast took longer than expected and we needed to eat quickly to get to our bike group. We booked the spa for an hour which is included and the steam and sauna were so nice. Loved it all!"

Otherwise: (1) GOOD THINGS were the staff; cleanliness; location; breakfast; the bed; 24/7 accessibility; the towels; the dressing gowns; storage; communications; and the complimentary umbrella; (2) COULD DO BETTER THINGS were the safe - not big enough for a laptop; the duvets - why have two single duvets when you’re staying in a double bed; the cold floor...

"Great Except! WiFi is terrible! In this day and age there is no excuse for a property to not have the equipment to provide good WiFi to all it guests all the time. If you watch tv, they are WiFi, which means they don’t work. "
